Founders & hosts of Swing Dance Wednesday Nights Twin Cities - The Twin Cities' longest running weekly swing dance night featuring great live music.

Individual & group instruction in dances from Ragtime to Rock & Roll
Dance Classes
We teach a variety of 20th century social dances from the early 1900s -mid 1960s fad dances and more. For nearly two decades, Shannon partnered with internationally known dance historian Lance Bensihek and learned from original era swing dancers and performers. We are happy to be able to share this history with you. See below for a listing of some of the dances we teach.
As independent artists, we are unaffiliated with a studio. To schedule an appointment, or to hire for an event, please contact us.
